SITETRACE TERMS OF USE

General

Declan Wade (Sole Trader), trading as Codex Group WA ("Codex Group", "we", "us", "our"), provides the SITETRACE web platform ("SITETRACE", "the Service").

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and Codex Group governing your use of the Service. By accessing or using SITETRACE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

We may revise these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, or the Service at any time. Material changes will be published on our web site, and your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Provision of Service

SITETRACE provides customers with access to an internet-based timesheet and site management service permitting the processing, retrieval, and transmission of data submitted by the customer.

We may change the features and functionality of the Service from time to time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on our web site.

You are responsible for your own compliance with these Terms, including the compliance of your employees, officers, agents, and any third party you invite to use the Service under your account.

Codex Group will not be liable for interruptions or delays in the Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, fire, water, riots, acts of government, or failures of internet infrastructure or third-party hosting providers.

Subscriptions, Fees, and Cancellation

Fees for the Service are set out on our web site and are subject to change from time to time. Fee changes will apply from your next billing cycle after the change is published.

Subscriptions are managed on a self-serve basis. You may subscribe, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis to your nominated payment method.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You remain responsible for all charges incurred up to that date. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Support

Support is provided by email on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee response times or availability of support.

Password and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security, and to log out of your account at the end of each session.

Restrictions on Use

You may use the Service and its underlying software only as required to make use of the Service as intended. You may not duplicate, publish, decompile, or reverse engineer the software, or use it for any other purpose.

You may not assign these Terms, your right to use the Service, or your licence without our prior written consent.

You may download, display, print, and reproduce material from the web site in unaltered form only (retaining this notice) for your personal, non-commercial use. Apart from any use permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), you may not, without our written permission:
